📑 Terms & Conditions – Infinity Appliances

Welcome to Infinity Appliances. By purchasing from our store or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless using our Layaway Plan.

• Layaway Plan: Customers may secure products by making partial payments. The balance must be cleared within 3 months.

  • Payments can be made in-store (cash, debit, or credit card) or online (bank transfer with screenshot confirmation).

  • Products will only be released once the full payment has been received.

2. Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available within Kingston and surrounding areas only.

• Free Delivery: Orders of $500 or more within a 5 km radius qualify for free delivery.

• Split Delivery: For orders of $500 or more beyond 5 km (within Kingston), delivery costs will be shared 50/50 between the customer and Infinity Appliances.

• Orders below $500 are subject to full delivery charges paid by the customer.

3. Warranty & Product Support

• All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

• In case of defects or technical issues, customers must directly contact the manufacturer’s service number provided with the product.

• The manufacturer will arrange for a technician to visit if required. Infinity Appliances is not responsible for repairs but will guide customers to the correct support channel.

4. No Returns or Exchanges

• Infinity Appliances does not accept product returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect products carefully at the time of purchase or delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Infinity Appliances is not liable for indirect or incidental damages caused by the use or misuse of purchased products.

• Responsibility for product performance lies with the manufacturer under their warranty terms.

📦 Shipping Policy

• Free Delivery: Orders above $500 within a 5 km range.

• Split Delivery: For orders above $500, beyond 5 km but within Kingston, delivery charges are shared equally between the customer and Infinity Appliances.

• Orders below $500: Customer pays full delivery charges.

• Delivery is limited to the Kingston area only.
